• if performances of the Salzburg Advent Singing are prohibited by law for all ticket holders.
• if a 2G regulation, i.e. vaccinated or recovered, is prescribed by law for the audience, for ticket holders who do not comply with this 2G regulation.
• if the ticket holder presents a medical certificate of illness or a certificate of isolation for the period of the Advent Singing visit.

Excluded from the money-back guarantee

are basically all ticket purchasers who comply with the statutory 2G regulation, i.e. vaccinated, recovered.
