General

Purchased tickets cannot be returned. However, as a special service, we are happy to take your tickets on commission and endeavor to resell them, retaining a 10% commission fee (no commission fee for members of the Friends of the Salzburg Advent Singing).

In principle, you can of course pass on your tickets.
Please note that tickets may not be purchased for commercial or non-commercial resale or passed on without the prior consent of the Salzburg Advent Festival.
Furthermore, it is not permitted to offer tickets to the public via internet auctions and marketplaces or on the radio, in the press or in any other way. The Salzburg Advent Singing reserves the right to refuse future ticket purchases to persons who violate this prohibition and to block existing tickets without replacement.

Seats are allocated in compliance with the legal framework. The allocated seats must be strictly adhered to. However, the Salzburg Advent Festival reserves the right to provide seats in the same category other than those listed on the ticket for organizational reasons. The instructions of the hall staff must also be followed. When ordering a wheelchair seat, it must be stated whether a seat for the accompanying person is required in the immediate vicinity. Detailed information on all wheelchair spaces in the individual venues can be obtained from the Salzburg Advent Singing ticket service.

Please pay by bank transfer after receipt of the invoice, stating the payment reference, within the specified payment period. If you have selected the credit card payment method when placing your order, the invoice amount will be debited from your card by the payment deadline. The Salzburg Advent Festival accepts the following credit cards: Master Card, American Express, Diners Club, Visa, JCB. Payment by bank transfer (charges to be borne by the purchaser) and cash payment as well as payment by debit card (Maestro) on site are also possible.

Since the Salzburg Advent Singing always calculates the tickets extremely tightly, no ticket discounts can be granted for children or young people, for Kulturpass holders or last-minute visitors. We ask for your understanding.

Even in the case of consent, the personalization of admission tickets applies. Furthermore, it is not permitted to offer tickets to the public via internet auctions and marketplaces or on the radio, in the press or in any other way without express permission. The Salzburg Advent Singing reserves the right to refuse persons who violate this prohibition the purchase of tickets in the future and to block existing tickets without replacement.

Altstadtgarage A + B
The closest parking garages are Altstadtgarage A + B – also known as Mönchsberggarage.

The Altstadtgarage B has direct access to the Großes Festspielhaus. You can purchase your parking ticket for a special price of €6 for 8 hours at the Contipark ticket booths in the corridor leading to the Grosses Festspielhaus within 1 hour before the performance begins.

The reduced parking rate is only granted by paying at the cash desk B before the exit

Ticketdistribution & Pickup

If you have purchased your tickets online, you will receive them by e-mail and can print them out at home via print@home or save the ticket PDF on your cell phone or iPad for presentation at the entrance control.

If you do not have an e-mail address for electronic data transmission, the tickets will be sent to you by post once you have provided your address.
From three weeks before the first performance, tickets can no longer be sent by post; please collect them on site.
Depending on the delivery situation in the respective country of origin, the deadline for postal delivery may be even earlier.
