All ticket orders and purchases are final and binding. Returns are only accepted for sold-out performances to be offered for resale on commission, for which a 10% fee applies. Salzburger Adventsingen cannot guarantee that returned tickets will be successfully resold. Refunds—subject to the receipt of necessary banking information—will be processed from the day after the scheduled performance (or following the last performance listed on the commission receipt). You are naturally welcome to pass your tickets on to family or friends.

However, please note that purchasing tickets for commercial resale or transferring them without prior approval from Salzburger Adventsingen is not permitted. Offering tickets publicly through online platforms, auctions, media, or press is also prohibited. Salzburger Adventsingen reserves the right to bar anyone violating these terms from future ticket purchases and to invalidate affected tickets without a refund.

Upon receiving your invoice, please transfer the payment within the specified period, including the payment reference number. If you opted to pay by credit card during checkout, the invoice amount will be automatically billed to your card on the due date. Salzburger Adventsingen accepts Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Visa, and JCB. Payments via bank transfer (buyer covers transfer fees), cash, and debit card (Maestro) at the venue are also accepted.

Because Salzburger Adventsingen works with exceptionally tight pricing margins, we cannot offer ticket discounts for children, youths, Culture Pass holders, or last-minute buyers. We appreciate your understanding.

Please be aware that buying tickets for commercial resale or passing them on without prior approval from Salzburger Adventsingen is not allowed. Even if permission is granted, tickets remain personalized. Additionally, offering tickets publicly through online platforms, auctions, media, or press without express permission is prohibited. Salzburger Adventsingen reserves the right to bar violators from future purchases and invalidate affected tickets without a refund.

If you bought your tickets online, they will be sent to you via email. You can either use the print@home option or simply save the ticket PDF on your smartphone or iPad to present at the entrance. If you do not have an email address for electronic delivery, your tickets can be sent by mail upon providing your postal address. Please note that postal dispatch is no longer available within three weeks of the first performance; in this case, tickets must be collected on site. Depending on postal services in your home country, deadlines for mail delivery may apply even earlier.
